Welcome to the Merriweather Era!

In her first season at the helm of the Tigers, Coach Katrina Merriweather led the program to their first 15+ win season since the 2015-16 season and became just the second head coach to surpass the 15-win mark in their rookie season (first being Mary Lou Johns). The 2021-22 season also saw Memphis with their best start to a season through seven games (6-1) in nearly a decade.
