Driven by Giving 2024

The Ascend to Success Award will improve access and affordability for University of Memphis students by helping to reduce the cost of tuition, fees, housing, food, and books/supplies. Your generous gift will be used to recruit new students from in and outside of Tennessee and allow the University to expand its reputation as a national public research university. Gifts will be matched dollar for dollar up to a $100,000 maximum match for use beginning Fall 2025.

A generous alumnus and donor, Dr. Austin Fite, has agreed to match gifts to the College of Arts & Sciences (CAS) Travel Enrichment Fund during Driven by Giving 2024. This is a dollar for dollar match up to $25,000.

Thanks to a generous donation from Jim Holcomb, all gifts between $25-$100 to the James R. Holcomb Music Education Scholarship will be matched dollar for dollar up to $1,500.

The Terry Tankersley Memorial Scholarship is for a UofM College of Education student with the desire to pursue dual licensure in Special Education and Elementary Education. Thanks to a generous donation from an anonymous donor, all gifts to the Terry Tankersley Memorial Scholarship Fund will be matched dollar for dollar up to $50,000.

Thanks to the generous donation from A2H, all gifts of $1,000 or less to the Herff College of Engineering will be matched dollar for dollar up to $25,000.

Thanks to a generous donation from William Hagerman, all gifts under $1,000 made by current UofM students to the Herff College of Engineering will be matched dollar for dollar. Mr. Hagerman's match will benefit the Engineering Success Scholarship.

Thanks to a generous donor, all gifts to the Muslim Student Association Community Award will be matched dollar for dollar, up to $10,000.
